Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Nitro-Tyrosine antibody (A20506) at 1:1000 dilution.HeLa and C6 cells were treated by Perxynitrate（3mM）for 1 hours.NIH3T3 cells were treated by Perxynitrate（3mM）for 3 hours.Jurkat cells were treated by Pervanadate (1 mM) at 37℃ for 30 minutes.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25μg per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
