Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) is a terminal enzyme of glycolysis pathway, which is widely present in animal, plants, microorganisms, involved in the reversible reaction between catalyzed ketone acid and lactic acid. Usually, LDH is rich in cytoplasmic cytosol, and normal cells cannot be passed through the cell membrane due to the protective effect of the cell membrane.
