DMEM Glucose Free, with L-glutamine cell biology reagents

Product introduction:

DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) is an improvement on the basis of MEM medium and has been widely used in the cultivation of various cells. DMEM medium was originally designed for low glucose type containing D-Glucose 1000 mg/L, and later developed a high glucose type containing D-Glucose 4500 mg/L. The DMEM medium without D-glucose can adjust the glucose concentration at will according to research needs.

This product contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients required for cell culture. It does not contain protein or growth factors. It is necessary to add 5-10% serum or serum-free additives according to the cell type.

This product is sterilized by a 0.1 μm filter membrane, pH 7., 0-7.4, without D-glucose, added with 4.0 mM L-glutamine and 1.0 mM sodium pyruvate, with phenol red indicator, without HEPES buffer system.

Transport at room temperature; store at 2-8°C, valid for 12 months.
