Bio-Activity Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human CEACAM6 at 2 μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human CEACAM8 with a linear range of 0.1-0.4 μg/mL. Purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
