The target protein is expressed with sequence (Asp23-Asp126(CD3E) & Gln23-Ser116(CD3G)) of human CD3 epsilon & CD3 gamma Heterodimer (Accession #) fused with a Avi Tag at the C-terminal. . Bio-Activity Immobilized Biotinylated Human CD3E/CD3G, Fc Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/Well) on Streptavidin precoated(0.2 μg/mL) plate. Dose response curve for Anti-CD3 Ab. with the EC50 of 22.4 ng/mL determined by ELISA. Purity > 95% as determined by Bis-Tris PAGE.> 95% as determined by HPLC. Endotoxin < 0.1EU per ug by the LAL method. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22um filtered solution in 20mM PB (pH 7.4). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
