Bio-Activity Immobilized Human IL23R alpha & Mouse IL12, His Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human IL23R, mFc with the EC50 of 0.36 μg/mL determined by ELISA.
