Flow cytometry:1X10^6 U-118MG cells (negative control, left) and MCF7 cells (right) were surface-stained with ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human TROP-2 mAb(A24360, 5 μl/Test, orange line) or ABflo® 488 Rabbit IgM isotype control (5 μl/Test, blue line). Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).
Flow cytometry:1X10^6 MCF7 cells were surface-stained with ABflo® 488 Rabbit IgM isotype control (5 μl/Test, left) or ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human TROP-2 mAb(A24360, 5 μl/Test, right).
