Product Introduction

EBSS buffer, namely Earle’s Balanced salt Solution, is one of the commonly used phosphate buffers in cell separation or culture. The main components are glucose, NaHCO3, NaCl, KCl and Na2HPO4, which have the functions of maintaining osmotic pressure, maintaining pH stability, and providing simple nutrition. It can be used for rinsing tissue blocks, organs or cells in in vitro experiments, transporting cells or tissues, and cell culture Use reagent preparation and as a diluent for cell counting, etc. Calcium, magnesium ion and phenol red indicator can be added as needed.

Storage and transportation

Transport at room temperature; store at 2-8°C, valid for 24 months.
